ARE YOU OVERDOSING ON PROTEIN? PROTEIN MYTH BUSTED!!

Hi, If you're a HARDGAINER and you're wondering how do I meet my daily protein needs.
Well, you've come to the right place.
Protein is responsible for most of your muscle building.
But people have a misconception that only protein does all the work. Protein alone doesn't help you in building your body.
For all those ectomorphs who are trying to put on weight via eating a high protein diet. Stop over feeding yourself with protein because your body can only absorb so much amount of protein.

THE KEY IS CARBS!!!

You need 60 percent of calories coming from CARBS to build muscle and only 30% from PROTEIN.
So if you're OVERDOSING on PROTEIN you need to STOP!!

Protein is a dense and takes time to absorb so after a workout you need to replenish your carbs to get that consumed energy back and then throw in some Protein. Lot of people eat Eggs and Chicken right after their workout. Your body takes time to digest this and you lose your gains that you could have made.

So feed yourself with CARBS first and then throw in some protein.
