Something never seen before will set a precedent in the more than 50 years of parades, and that is that it will no longer be on Bolívar avenue, as it was historically done, but this 2023 will be moved to Raúl Leoni avenue.
Andrés Silva, president of this organization, explained that the activities will be carried out as follows:
• Friday, January 28: Shout of Carnival, in the UDO vial, in Los Guaritos.
• At the same time, the casting begins for the candidates for the Carnival 2023 reign, where the winner will receive a new 0-kilometer car as a prize.
• On Friday, February 17, the Encanto Rosa pageant will be held in the Ángel Gold room. While on the 18th the children's parade with the participation of educational institutions and other participants in this line.
• For Sunday 19 the election of the queen. Then, on Monday the 20th and Tuesday the 21st, the complete adult parades: troupes, fantasies and floats. All on Raúl Leoni avenue.
