Grinding sounds Caliper sticks?

Was and still working on my car because it's making a weird noise IMG_20180306_132953.jpg Changed brake pads, rotors, calipers and still making same noise like a real bad rubbing sound. What are your thoughts? Please comment below what you think or advice..
