Princess to General
Princess you stood,
Strong and defiant,
Calm and controlled.
You showed us a woman
Belongs at the lead.
General you returned to us.
Still standing tall.
Weary from fighting.
Calm and collected.
The equal of any man.
Princess to General.
You taught us so much.
How to hold our heads up.
How to speak up.
How to take no crap.
Princess to General.
