Red Opel cool a Capital not sure I know what those look like we had a little Opel when I was growing up not sure the model it was the little sporting looking one with the flat butt. Ours was yellow with a black tale. I would love to see a photo of that old car your father had :)

Damn! That thing looks nice. I've always been fascinated by old cars. Where I live, though, is mostly dirt roads and salt, so it's rare I actually ever get to see one :)

I grew up in California the land of cars and no rust :) I have a love of old cars the fun they represent. I could post a car photo everyday for the next 5 years If I just dig in my pile of images :)
