re: the rusty roof & door. white vinegar is excellent at removing all traces of rust. I've had old workshop files sat in vinegar for 2-3 days and all the rust disappears. Tricky I guess on large, vertical and/or painted surfaces but maybe strapping a soaked sponge over affected area and re-moistening occasionally will help???

Thanks buddy, I've done a couple mods since this video but now my boost controller died so have to fork out for a new one. I'll give that vinegar trick a go with tools, the rust issues have been sorted on the black FD already :) Do you use the vinegar on your chips after the 2-3day period in order not to waste? :P

I might do a vinegar 'rust removal' video/post soon as I'm probably going to cut up some more old files for 'flint n steel' kits. I must have over 20 now and each one could potentially last generations for old skool fire starting but I do like to hoard ;)
