Knowing where energy comes from to build these cars and what makes the electricity for electric cars, governments and companies are still pushing very hard for more electric vehicles. Most of our energy comes from coal, nuclear, and natural gas. Solar is on the rise but is still useless for half the day. People need to know what it takes to dig up and build all these materials used in batteries and electric cars, even solar. Do we get back what we put in? As far as Tesla, not even close and the batteries are still junk.

Going to be interesting to see if electric cars become the norm in 2020, seems like Tesla wants it to be.
