The Airbag in your Dodge - Chrysler - Jeep vehicle may need to be replaced !!!

Dear Steemit friends ; A few recent safety recalls affecting new and used Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models are listed below. You can also view recall notifications by performing a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) lookup, or call 866-220-6765 to speak with customer service team. Your vehicle's VIN is usually found on a plate attached to the dashboard, near the left side of the front windshield. The VIN also appears on sales and insurance documents, as well as your vehicle's title.

If the VIN lookup shows that your vehicle has the recalled airbags, call a local dealer and get it fixed for free. It doesn't have to be the dealership where you bought the car, nor does it matter that your vehicle is out of warranty; the work will still be performed free of charge.

The airbags, made by major parts supplier Takata, were mostly installed in cars from model year 2002 through 2015. Some of those airbags could deploy explosively, injuring or even killing car occupants.
Approximately 42 million vehicles are potentially affected in the United States and 100 million around the world. There have been 17 confirmed deaths and an estimated 160 people injured. At least 7 million have been recalled worldwide.
