CASHFLOW QUADRANT Part 1 (Income earning of four different Mindset)

Hello Steemians, it is good to have you here on my blog again.

Today I will be writing on a subject matter that many people over the years have taken for granted. This subject matter when understood will cause a shift on your paradigm. It is called CASHFLOW QUADRANT. So many must have read about it, while some have not, while to some it reminds them of a book title by an author.

But that is not what I am after for now, my major concern is to cause a shift, pass vital and valuable information. You remember in my last post I defined communication for us all here.

At the end of this, you will discover how you can maximise the power of steemit to become RICH and FINANCIALLY free for life. Remember I said I will be marrying all that I do in my niche (Area of specialty in writing and blogging in steemit) with happenings in the cryptoworld.

That is exactly what you will get here at the end of the whole series of this topic which will come along the way but for today our focal point will be to have an introductory part of the subjet matter.

WHAT IS CASHFLOW QUADRANT?
Cashflow Quadrant is a quadrant that shows the mindset of four different set of people and the way they earn their income.

This definition discloses a key terminology "MINDSET" which entails the way an individual thinks and the influence it has on the person's actions.

Aside coming to steemit to drop articles and get upvotes, comment. You must develop the right attitude of business towards what you do. Especially in this era of cryptocurrency where virtually all we do is digital.

The diagram above clearly shows pictorial view of the definition, the picture shows four different people who make the business world.
In the business world the Es stand for EMPLOYEES. This set of people are always defined by their core values which is found in their statement such as "I am looking for a safe, secure job with benefits". That is what makes an employee because their core value is "SECURITY" .

The society has so much defined how we we live our lives and this is one of the major contributing factors of high level of insecurity everywhere in the labour market around the globe.

We are told; GO TO SCHOOL, GET A GOOD JOB, AND BE PENSIONABLE. This programming became a dogma and people no longer believe in their capability and capacity anymore.

Those that broke this rule are living their dreams today. People like BILL GATES, TONY ELUMELU, ALIKO DANGOTE, STRIVE MASIYIWA, DONALD TRUMP, MARK ZUCKERBERG and the list could go on and on.

In my next post I will reveal the other mindsets of the quadrant and what their core values is all about.

I hope I have been able to cause the shift as promised earlier. Think outside the box and rule your world.
