How do you change where your cashout goes to?

I know these are basic questions, but I'm still wondering.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, maybe I should be more specific.
I've read those posts about powering up and powering down, and I still don't get it.

When the payouts go out... where do they go out to?
Is the bitcoin address also the wallet?
Is there a way to put that on coinbase?
How do I use what I have?
