Castille Murdered By Hispanic Cop, Says He Deserved It For Smoking Weed

Hispanic police opens fire on Black man, after man says I have a fire arm and permit. Kills him in front of his child and girlfriend. Went on to state he deserved it for smoking weed, then go on to terrorize the child and woman by arresting them and locking them in the back of a police car, and then congratulated by other police.
