Your couch? You mean MY couch

I used to read a lot, when I was younger I even managed to read on the bus on my way home, it was a 45 minute ride and I was an avid and fast reader, so I finished two books per week on average. Now as an adult, I can't find the time to read, but I still have my reading couch, the grandpa's couch that's been on my family for 3 generations now, I just don't use it anymore, not even to sleep or rest.

As you know from my last post, Lucky my wife's cat is very independent and sometimes dominant.

It was meant to happen, the moment my wife opened the door for her to roam around the house freely and willingly, she picked this couch as her sleeping spot. I used to put her down on the floor gently many many times, but one day I woke up and my wife had already set a small blanket for her for the cold nights.

Damn, I lost my couch to a cat, it's no use, no matter how many times I put her down, she will always climb back easily and look at me as if I was in the wrong.

Lost couch, but at least it has an owner that gives it a proper use instead of just dusting there while I don't read.
