Great post. Your argument is delightful, maybe only sometimes a bit exaggerated, like:

During the first four hundred years Christians didn't even have a New Testament.

I do not know how You understand that there was no New Testament for the first 400 years. This claim seems to be a bit too bold.

The counsil of Hippo in 393 was the first time the New Testament was compiled into the collection of writtings we know today. Until then there were hundreds of writtings that were believed to be inspired and used at Mass and for instruction. So it is absolutely true that for the first four hundred years of Christendom, there was no New Testament. By the way, thank you for the possitive feedback!
