In between trying to find new ways to fly off into the sunset and scrambling up mountains, I work with humane societies to take photos of animals who need a second chance.

There are so many dogs, cats, rats, rabbits, birds — you name it — who for one reason or another, are in care, and need help finding new families. So when I can, I pop in and take some glamour shots to help people see just how deserving and worthy these animals are. And in a back and forth in the comments on another post, @gtg wisely pointed out to me that the Steem blockchain was made for cats. 😉

Well, he ain't wrong.

So, for a slower Sunday post, enjoy some pictures of Mittens (yes, it's a trope, but he's a polydactyl; lookit his little thumbs! I WANNA SQUEEZE 'EM) Let me know if adorable pictures of adoptables is something you'd like popping up in your feed, and I'll throw them in every now and again with my other photo content! Every cat (or other furry little munchkin I post here) has gone through the system, and is getting ready to experience a wonderful new life... it's the perfect pick-me-up for a lazy, lovely afternoon.
