Sleep is an essential to us human beings however many of us take it for granted. Many of wants to sleep all day while others doesn't want to sleep :). There is a proper hours of sleep if you sleep beyond that range of ours your body tend to feel heavy and lazy.
Here are some of the hours that we really need to have a healthy and proper lifestyle. Teenager should get 8 - 10 hours of sleep, young adult like me need to take a rest for 7 - 9 hours of sleep, the adult one's is the same with the young adult which is 7 - 9 hours of sleep while tha older adults needs lesser range of sleep which is 7 - 8 hours. This will insure that our body gets the proper hours of rest that it needed to help our immune system function properly.
However, not all of us can sleep directly after going to school or work. Many will study or get the things that is needed to be done. Some have diseases while others have their own reasons why they can't sleep.
It is our sole responsibility to take good care of our body. We only live once :) but always live it to the fullest.

Yes, sleep is very important for all ages; sadly very few get the recommended amounts due to hectic lifestyles. Kids have entirely too much homework and many play sports and/or have extracurricular activities. Adults work overtime and then stress when they get home. Many older adults suffer from insomnia. Get your sleep, everyone💤💤
