THE THREE DAYS OF DARKNESS ON EARTH
they have been prophesied for a long time, and darkness has been seen many times in the Bible as something that happens during the wrath of God, although duration is not indicated. It says that Christ will return during the three days of darkness to judge the world. Many prophecies of saints and catholic seers about the three days of darkness. It could be a contagion of negative visions from generation to generation or respond to genuine visions given from heaven, or even the sowing of the devil's terror to instill panic.
Biblical foundations exist that mention on the possibility of the three days of darkness on the planet the pastor F.M. Riley mentions them below.
Release type preceded by three days of darkness.
Considering that the exodus of the Jewish people upon leaving Egypt was a kind of "rapture of the church" this exit from Egypt was preceded by three days of darkness as indicated by Exodus 10: 22-23.
The three dark days occurred four days before the people of God left Egypt (or the world as we would say today).
1 Corinthians 10: 6 points out that the things that happened to Israel are an example for us and in 1 Corinthians 10:11 that those things happened to them as an example and admonition to us that we are at the end of an era.
What the pure and unblemished church would do during the rapture would be an Exodus from the world (illustrated as Egypt many times).
The sacrifice of Christ
The death on the cross of Jesus Christ was preceded by three hours of darkness on the entire planet Luke 23:44, an eclipse does not obscure the entire planet, what happened was a supernatural darkness, this happened four days before the resurrection of Jesus Christ and of the redeemed who were released from paradise and appeared in Jerusalem see Matthew 27: 52-53.
The salvation of Saul of Tarsus
Saul was in three days of darkness before recovering his sight and being saved, baptizing and washing his sins, turning from darkness to light, receiving forgiveness of sins and inheritance among the sanctified, see Acts 9: 1-18, 22: 6-16 and 26: 12-18.
The sun will become darkness before the day of the Lord.
Acts 2: 19-20 points out that before the day of the Lord (before the 7-year tribulation period) the sun will turn into darkness.
