I don't think this will be the last time such a thing happens. You have the wrong political views and maybe a noticeable, but not too big (they wouldn't ban, say, Trump) reach via facebook, so it's no surprise to be honest. It was a question of time.

However, hopefully, such events will lead to more and more people migrating off the big centralized evil/sloppy corporations to decentralized platforms like this one.
