I started eating carb free some time back and let me tell you... I had NO clue how much nutritional value tomatoes had! They are like a super food! Truly amazing! They have so many disease fighting attributes, they are fantastic fo so so so many health issues! Just as well that I love tomatoes as much as I do and I eat them all the time!
