Quiero compartir con ustedes una imagen que muestra el proceso masivo de producción de crudo en Venezuela, y por supuesto esta estrategia tambien es aplicada en otros paises productores de petroleo.
Se trata de construir una plataforma (Macolla) en la cual son perforados gran cantidad de pozos, normalmente entre 10 a 30 pozos en caso Venezuela, esta estrategia que permite la incorporación de hasta 3 taladros de perforacion juntos permite drenar de manera eficiente las reservas de crudo pesado-extrapesado de la Región Faja.
En la imagen (Tomada desde mi telefono) podemos evidenciar al menos 15 pozos de petroleo produciendo simultaneamente.
La producción de crudo promedio en estos pozos alcanzan 500-800 BPD......lo que permite que una macolla en plena produccion aporte entre 5.000 BPD hasta 20.000 BPD, optimizando el uso de lineas de producción y tendidos electricos.
