If you start to see that person as what he is, a vulnerable human being with fears and insecurities, you will be able to understand and find the positive message hidden behind that negative exterior, which will cause you to have much more compassion, understanding and patience with that person.

Unless you can really take charge of your emotional state, if this is not the case, your ability to communicate effectively will always be limited.
When you are in a potentially stressful situation and everyone around you does not contribute to you feeling better, it does not mean that you should be influenced by this situation. You can be in a better emotional state if you keep calm in any situation of high stress.
Maintaining tranquility and ingenuity is an excellent option that you must follow, however, most prefer to follow the crowd and it is in this way that those moods end up influencing you. But remember, no one can have so much control over you and that in this way, it can affect your mood.
- Look at the situation objectively:
When you are in a situation of high tension, try to keep yourself in a position of objectivity, maintaining perspective and not compromising emotions. You can do that too, just imagine that you are at the other end of the room and visualize what your likely interaction with other people would be, being a neutral observer of the situation and without emotional involvement in it.
By doing this exercise, you will be able to devise better ways to handle the situation and you will also feel less affected by the stress of other people.
