EN UNA OLLA AGREGAR LOS 2 LITROS DE AGUA, LOS CLAVOS DE OLOR Y EL PAPELÓN (PICADO EN TROZOS), CUANDO ESTE HIRVIENDO AGREGAR LOS TROZOS DE MANGO Y EL MEDIO KG DE AZÚCAR, VA HERVIR APROXIMADAMENTE MEDIA HORA HASTA ABLANDAR TODA LA PULPA Y CUANDO YA TENGA LA ESPESURA DESEADA APAGAR Y DEJAR REPOSAR Y SERVIR.
