Buenas noches comunidad, les cuento que cuando me siento estresada o siento que mi cerebro va a toda marcha de tanto pensar y pensar, hago una pausa tomo lápiz y papel y hago algún dibujo, que generalmente son flores... trato de dejar fluir y me concentro en esta actividad, que después de algún tiempo me di cuenta que resultó en una terapia anti stress, me gustan las flores y disfruto dibujarlas. Supongo que cada quien tiene su manera de desconectarse un rato de su realidad, respirar, drenar y continuar con nuestro día a día. Está me ha resultado bien.
