Linz dough is typical for Czech Christmas. Who does not have small wheels glued with red currant marmalade (preferably homemade), as if he did not even have Christmas.
Yesterday, we went into it and baked tripple portion. We love to have them very small therefore it was pretty hard work.
I hope these will last until Christmas, we will not give anybody anything anymore! :-))
And since we started our day with an amazing breakfast https://steemit.com/cesky/@belahejna/poradna-snidane-je-grunt, we also rewarded ourselves in the evening: Frankovka, late collection from Velké Pavlovice, year 2014. Great taste!

Linecké těsto je pro české Vánoce základ. Kdo nemá doma malá kolečka, slepená rybízovou marmeládou (nejlépe domácí), jakoby ani Vánoce neměl.
Včera jsme se do toho pustili a upekli připravenou trojdávku. Máme rádi jednohubky, takže práce jak na kostele.
Ale tyhle už nám vydrží až do Vánoc, už nikomu nic nedáme!! :-))

It will take time to write down the recepie, but I will later today! The dough a bit harder to work with but nothing dramatic so I hope you will manage to try this and you will send me pictures! :-)
