You get that error when you try to post an exact duplicate of another one of your posts.
I can see a post with that exact title posted 9hrs ago:

There's no need to re submit on chainBB - no matter where you post it ends up on the same blockchain, and posts to steemit.com and chainbb.com. You can always go back and edit your old post if you're looking to change something.
