How to setup catchall in G-Suite?

Apparently Google removed the simple to use catchall setup for paid gmail users. (G-Suite subscription).

Now you have to go do some other twists and turns to setup a simple catchall. The issue is I cannot figure out what I need to do.

I have researched possible tutorials and nothing is working properly.

Anyone have success doing it with the new setup?

I had to go to live chat support and they gave that to me. It successfully worked.
