What is your worth, do you even know?
We are constantly bombarded by advertisements and marketing all day long. They are always showing us the perfect version of everything. ‘They’ refers to the billboards on the side of the highway, the commercials on TV, the full page glossy ads in your favorite magazine and literally everything we look at online. The perfect situation is always achieved when you are in control of yourself, not from some external materialistic ‘thing’. As we face the world and the changing way we consume and share media, it is necessary to be aware of who we truly are and not get caught up in the comparison and competition mindset, that wouldn’t be beneficial. We need to know we are worthy of who and what we are in this moment. The moment is all there truly is, the past & future are constructs of this physical reality to gives us an illusion of some other ‘time’. There is only now, value yourself and those around you and know your worth!

Some great sentiments there, @sandstorm. In a world where many of us suffer invalidation (being told (explicitly or implicitly) that we're not worthy in one way or another) it can be a challenge to know our worth - even when we know on a rational level that our lives have tremendous value.
I think realising that all notions of unworthiness are ultimately just thoughts is the path to fully realising our worth.
