Noob here looking for some explainations can anybody help?

Guys I was trying to make a post that I have already made @ steemit.com. Some errors won't let me to post my work here but I want it to be published even here, is there a way I can post my well steemit posts on here without contributing to duplicacy the blockchains? Any type of support is highly appritiated :)
