Thanks for this. I sent the extra 0.1 coins back to Cryptopia and now I have exactly 1,000 coins. I tried to start the masternode but it's still saying "not capable masternode: Could not find suitable coins".
Is it because I sent coins in two transactions?

OK. I figured out what the problem was. I sent all my coins back to Cryptopia and sent back exactly 1,000.0001 coins (0.0001 for the Cryptopia fee) and I was able to start my masternode.
