Apparatus needed

1. Mixing tank
2. Mixing stick
3. Packaging containers

Chemicals required Measurement

1. Water 1 Bucket
2. Calgon 1/8 kg
3. Black paste 200g
4. Off white Calcium 15kg
5. Formalin 3 table spoons
6. Nitrosol 75kg
7. Defoamer 100g

Procedure

1. Pour half bucket of water into the mixing tank. Keep the remaining half aside for diluting the chemicals.
2. Dissolve the calgon in little water, pour into mixing tank and then begin to mix.
3. Dissolve the black paste in little water, pour not the mixing tank and continue to mix.
4. gradually add the calcium as mixing continues.
5. Add the defoamer and keep stirring.
6. Add the formalin and keep stirring.
7. Pour the Nitrosol in the remaining water, stir vigorously and pour into the mixing tank and keep stirring.
8. After stirring for some time, package and your black board renovator is ready
