اعتقال الألماني يان أولريتش بطل طواف فرنسا 1997

أعلنت الشرطة الإسبانية السبت، اعتقال الدراج الألماني يان أولريتش بطل طواف فرنسا 1997، لاقتحامه بالقوة منزل أحد جيرانه في جزر الباليار وتوجيه تهديدات إليه.وقالت متحدثة باسم الشرطة لوكالة فرانس برس، أن أولريتش البالغ 44 عاماً، اعتقل بعد ظهر الجمعة "لدخولة بالقوة واطلاقه تهديدات" ضد جاره في بالما دي مايوركا.

وذكرت وسائل اعلام أسبانية أن جار أولريتش، هو الممثل الألماني والمخرج السينمائي تيل شفايغر، إلا أن المتحدثة باسم الشرطة رفضت تأكيد النبأ.

ولم يتم إعطاء مزيد من التفاصيل حول القضية، إلا أنه علم أن أولريتش سيتم استجوابه من قبل قاض في وقت لاحق السبت.

واشتهر أولريتش في أنه الدراج الألماني الوحيد الذي تمكن من الفوز في طواف فرنسا. كما انتزع الميدالية الذهبية في مسابقة الدراجات الهوائية في دورة سيدني الأولمبية عام 2000.

وتمكن أولريتش في 2013، من إظهار براءته من تناول المنشطات، وهي التهمة التي أبعدته عن طواف فرنسا في 2006، بسبب ما أثير عن صلاته بفضيحة عملية بويرتو، التي تركزت على الطبيب المخلوع أوفيميانو فوينتس، الذي استخدم عمليات نقل الدم لتحسين أداء كبار الدراجين

German cyclist Jan Ulrich has been arrested by French police on Saturday for forcibly breaking into the house of one of his neighbors in the Balearic islands and threatening him, police said on Saturday.A police spokeswoman told AFP that Ulrich, 44, was arrested on Friday afternoon for "forcibly entering and firing threats" against his neighbor in Palma de Mallorca.

Spanish media reported that Ulrich's neighbor, German actor and film director Till Schweiger, said the police spokeswoman refused to confirm the report.

No further details were given on the case, but he was informed that Ulrich would be questioned by a judge later on Saturday.

Ulrich was best known for being the only German cyclist to win the French Tour. He also took the gold medal at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000.
In 2013, Ulrich was able to show his innocence of doping, a charge that kept him away from the French circus in 2006 because of his connection to the Puerto Rican scandal, which focused on ousted doctor Ovimiano Fuentes, who used blood transfusions to improve the performance of top riders.
