Is it so difficult to understand the link between changes within an organizational structure and improving the security at schools for children? Change management strategies provide a very clear direction towards providing change within a system having limited resources and utilizing those resources to improve the performance of a work environment. The performance could be understood in the form of profit, satisfaction or even changing the value-base of a system for a complete transformation of the end user experience. How can this concept of change be linked to an organization that thrives in providing education to the future generations of our society? Can this concept be so difficult to understand???
USA has stack load of talent in multiple sectors. Many resources within the corporate sector are considered experts in their field of practice. I am sure there would be many organizational change experts working in many corporate sectors providing consultancy to multiple industries within various regions of the country. All it takes is to realize the importance of supporting an educational system that thrives to build the future of a community.
Providing guns to a teacher??? Does that make sense? Is that the best we can come up with?

Has anyone thought the outcome of providing a gun to an educator? I recently saw an interview of a teacher on TV and his apprehensions of having a gun with him while providing an environment that thrives on building a child’s ability to learn and develop into a responsible human being.

I really hope whatever we decide is the right way of taking this alarming issue towards a meaningful closure. Let us hope that we find our ideal path of resolving this issue soon.
