هولندا - ركلات الترجيح
أظهرت دراسات أنه عند اللجوء لركلات الجزاء الترجيحية، فإن الفريق الذي يسدد أولا، يكون متمتعا بميزة عن الفريق الآخر.
لذلك قررت هولندا في مباريات الكأس بالموسم الجديد، أن يجري تسديد الركلات الترجيحية بنظام "أ ب ب أ". حيث يسدد فريق أولا ركلة واحدة، وبعده يسدد الفريق الآخر ركلتين متتاليتين ثم يعود الفريق الأول ويسدد ركلتين متتاليتين وهكذا.
وسبق أن طبق فيفا هذا النظام في بعض بطولاته، ولكنه لم يعمم الأمر بشكل كامل، حتى الآن، كما لجأت إليه إنجلترا الموسم الماضي.
انجلترا- بطاقات للمدربين أيضا
عادة تشهر بطاقات الإنذارات في وجوه اللاعبين، لكن إنجلترا سمحت الآن بأن تكون هناك بطاقات إنذار للمدربين أيضا، غير أنها لن تطبق هذا الموسم في البريميرليج، وإنما في الدوريات الأقل درجة، ومسابقات الكؤوس.
ويمكن للحكم أن يشهر البطاقة الصفراء في وجه المدرب في حالة ارتكابه لسلوك مرفوض، مثل السخرية أو إلقاء قوارير المياه.
وحين يتلقى المدرب أربعة إنذارات صفراء يتم إيقافه مباراة، وإذا تلقى ثمانية يوقف مباراتين، و12 بطاقة توقفه ثلاث مباريات، أما لو بلغت 16، فيخضع المدرب للجنة تحقيق انضباطي.
ألمانيا - الأجهزة الإلكترونية بمقاعد المدربين
بداية من الموسم الجديد للدوري الألماني (بوندسليجا)، سيكون مسموحا للمدربين استخدام وسائل الاتصال التقنية لأغراض تكتيكية، فمثلا بإمكان محلل تكتيكي، جالس في المدرجات، أن يرسل للمدرب على الدكة رسائل ونصائح.
كما يمكن لطبيب الفريق أن يبلغ المدرب أيضا عبر وسائل الاتصال، تشخيص حالة لاعب أثناء قيامه بعلاجه.
فيفا - قواعد عديدة جديدة
في مسابقات الناشئين يقوم الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم فيفا باختبار تعديلات جديدة، منها مثلا منح بطاقات صفراء وحمراء للمدربين، مثل إنجلترا.
وسعيا لعدم تضييع الوقت خلال تبديل اللاعبين، سيصبح مسموحا للاعب بالخروج من أي مكان، بدلا من انتظاره حتى يخرج من عند منتصف الملعب، كما هي العادة.
وهناك أيضا تعديل من قبل الفيفا في تنفيذ ركلة المرمى. فقد كان لابد للكرة أن تخرج من منطقة المرمى قبل أن يلمسها لاعب آخر.
ويرى التعديل الجديد أنه إذا تم تنفيذ ركلة المرمى، فيجوز لمس الكرة بعدها سواء خرجت من منطقة الجزاء أو لم تخرج..jpg)
