Why do I love chanukah?

Why do I like Hanukkah? Well there are many reasons for this. First of all, my family and I go for a walk each year on this holiday, we walk in the north, south, east and west.
Among other things, we cook meat on hot fire. After we've eaten the meat, we walk, mostly on jeep trips. We pass bumps, ditches, slopes and even sand steps to their minarets.
For the most part, we do the trips together with our family members. Family trips are among the fun things in life. So what else do I do on Chanukah? Every year, me, my mother and my two sisters go to the Roldin Cafe,
Known for its most delicious donuts. Everyone takes a few donuts and starts eating. The donuts are full of sugar and fat, but no one cares as long as the taste is so good.
Last year I managed to finish 4 donuts image imagebold****bold !!! We will see how much I will succeed this year ... In addition, every year we visit my grandparents, and on the kibbutz where they live there is a torch parade.
At the torch parade, all the children make poles with boxes of wood. Inside the boxes light a candle, making the piece look like a torch. In addition,
Illuminate the kibbutz's roads with the help of paperwork on their sides, and turn off all the electric lighting, thus the kibbutz glows in the light of the beautiful paperwork. Afterwards, we eat the tasty and traditional holiday meal,
My aunt and uncle prepared a homemade Israeli meal. The table is full of tasty delicacies, challah, olive oil, pancakes, pita bread, sauces and more ... and regardless of the experiences we undergo every year on the kibbutz,
It's just wonderful to meet your family after a period you have not seen her. After we return from the kibbutz, I meet with close friends, and together we play soccer, and in video games on the xBox.
And always after I meet with friends, we go to the official ceremony of Chanukah in the city. Where there are activities for their minions, such as the "angry bull" and the like ... But for Gilly it's a bit late to take part in such activities,
So I bring my little sister to play around with her. She jumps on the jumps of the mini-jimboree, slides down the slides, and what do I do? Sitting beside me, I can have a popcorn or a donut. And now,
Every year I and a good friend of mine go to the synagogue to pray for the holiday. Then we separate and everyone goes home. At home, my family and I tend to light Chanukah candles, just like everyone else. Why do I like Hanukkah? Well there are many reasons for this. But we have a special menorah, the menorah belonged to my grandfather in the Holocaust, and after he died, the menorah was passed on to us. Therefore, the menorah has a very significant value in our family, and we will preserve it in any way.
Of course I also like to get challenges and events on the site and hang out if friends are there (:
And all I've told you so far was just a matter of tradition.

If we leave the tradition for a while, I have many more reasons to love Hanukkah. Whether the delicious donuts with the wonderful smell,
The lavas, which also smell great, lighting Hanukkah candles, the holiday greetings, the pastimes with my family or the pastimes with friends, I have no good reason not to like this amazing holiday.
Another thing that distinguishes Hanukkah from the rest of the holidays is its history. How the Maccabees fought against the Greeks, and ultimately saved the Temple. In my opinion this is the best story of every Jewish holiday.
The story shows the heroism of the Jews throughout history. And some say the story speaks of courage, but they make a big mistake. Courage is your precious sacrifice for yourself, even if your purpose is selfish.
But heroism is your precious sacrifice for the other, and that is exactly what the Maccabees did at the time, were heroes. And without heroes like the Maccabees, we did not have this wonderful holiday, Chanukah. Think in a moment you'll lose the holiday.
How could you live without him? When I think about it, Chanukah is my favorite holiday of the year.
