I think one of the most boring fictional characters to meet in real life is a telletuby which is I guess a favorite for kids but boring for adults as the only sound they make are those repititive sound. Imagine asking a character like that a logical question and the answer would come out the same all the time with no differences in outcome. All the answers would be the same at all times.
