I saw a sleeping (drugged) boy in an overpass in front of Starmall Alabang in Metro Manila the other day, he was around 10-13 yrs old, with dirty legs and feet full of wounds.. i wanted to take a pic of the boy and examine him but there was a man around 5 meters away from him looking at me with Evil eyes. I felt frightened so didnt do anything, wasnt even able to give the sleeping kid cookies in my bag.
If you are near the area, you can look if the kid is still there if you are passing by Alabang Starmall.. it might be a kidnapped kid and parents are worryng like hell.. the kid might still be alive now, or it might already be dead because I was slow to report this
