The painful exit of Daniel Adebisi

This should have been announced to the community sooner but due to mourning and certain circumstances, Our hearts palpitates as we present this news to the steemit community, it was on 22nd of February 2018 we were attending to a project around 4pm,when we received a call from Daniels mother , we thought it was good news till we answered, her voice was so down , and the next thing we heard with a teary lean voice was

Daniel is gone, Daniel has left us.

We called her husband to get confirmation, he informed us that they were at the hospital and the baby died around 6:30am that morning , our team thought of running down there but the truth is it was not a good idea because it was late, the distance was too much because we traveled for a project and the atmosphere was not conducive.. we were attending to a project that moment , therefore we could not make it down to the hospital.
We were later informed that our baby Daniel was buried that same day on the 22nd of February 2018 around 10pm.

steemithelpinghands visited the family of Adebisi the next day on 23rd of February 2018 by 11am, the environment was filled with sorrow and weeping, we met other relatives, the grandmother and the aunt, both of which were interviewed about his death.

we had a conversation with the heartbroken Mr Jacob Adebisi Daniel's father, he was almost crying but summoned courage to speak , he explained that the day Daniel was taken to the hospital for the surgery to be carried out, all materials was bought and prepared and he was taken into the theater but unfortunately Daniel died in the process of the surgery, even before most materials could be used.

According to the doctor an autopsy should be carried out to know exactly what triggered Daniel's death, the doctor mentioned that the baby was weak as a result of diarrhea he suffered in the previous week, I also mentioned that in the previous update about him

I refused for the autopsy to be carried out because the doctor said his body will not be returned to us after the autopsy "why should I let them use my baby's body for experiment?.. will that bring him back to life?? we brought him back home and buried him peaceful that night.

This materials and death certificate are here because my wife decided we take them along for proof to steemhelpinghand because they need to see we are truthful, i also took picture of it with my phone though it is dark because i have a bad phone and we had no electricity, he died with his eyes open, his grandmother had to shut them then i dressed him up myself for the last time so i could bid him Farwell as a father, every other materials for the surgery is at the hospital because they wouldn't allow us go with them, all bills has been paid and Daniel just left us after all this sacrifices..

Ever since the death of Daniel, steemhelpinghand has been heartbroken, we really wished we could bring him back, we appreciate the help rendered by the community to give Daniel hope of living, but he left, he will forever remain in our memories as a fighter.
It was a heartbreaking occurrence but all thanks to God..

The family of Daniel Adebisi appreciates the help of steemit community and steemithelpinghands, they plead that we shouldn't look at the efforts as wasted but as a gift of life and hope..
