Our Young Warior is Ready

David is ready for his biggest battle yet. His fast recovery from his initial heart surgery 7 months ago is quite reassuring that he will do well in this one.

For those who didn't know what David is going through, let me refresh our memory.

Baby David, new born son of my friend @yum08 was diagnosed with 3 heart defects namely;

Coarctation of the Aorta
Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD)
Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA)

He underwent a succesfull initial heart surgery to correct Coarctation of Aorta.

The doctor required Baby David to recover from this surgery before they would subject him to another surgery which is an open heart surgery.

Baby David is so strong that he responded well for the initial surgery but the procedures and other expenses where more than what his parents could provide and sò we asked help from the community through series of posts that you guys supported.

We also did a fundraiser raffle draw which was supported by our friends.

Just yesterday, David was admitted at the Philippine Heart Center for his open heart surgery tomorrow, Wednesday.

Her mom, wish to thank everyone who supported us all the way.

Our little one is very adorable, active, candid, curious and joyful as always, as if telling us/reassuring us that he can handle everything.
