Given a lot of market capitalisations are very high, I am going with what I consider to be under valued crypto currency rather than overvalued tokens.

My first is Fastcoin - 12 second block times and a well established Blockchain that has been tried and tested for a number of years.

My second is Pesetacoin - again faster block times than Bitcoin at 2 minutes and geared towards the Spanish speaking market.
