✴️ CRYPTOCURRENCY "PONZI SCHEMES" CLOSES DOWN! WHO'S TO BLAME? WAS THIS A SCAM ALL ALONG?

in charlesfuchs •  7 years ago  (edited)

People tend to be influenced by lies, deceit and hope; be sure to take any information or opinion from people with a grain of salt ~ Charles Fuchs.

What's Up STACKERS!!

If you were around the last couple of days, you probably already heard that of two most popular Crypto "Fake Lending" programs were just shut down and took off. 🙇🏼‍♂️

Who should you "Blame"?... with tons of "Internet Marketers", "Bloggers", "Content Producers" and "Influencers" becoming "Crypto" Experts overnight putting people into these"Ponzi Schemes", are they at fault? 😨

Should they be accountable? They made "Millions" off of you pitching lies and deceit to you all over Social media.

You guys know me, I was offered sh💩t loads of "Deals" to promote these programs last year and got pitched numerous times a day. They all just wanted me to "Shill" it to all my followers. I just couldn't do it my people just to make a quick buck. 🖕

What was my sarcastic replies to all of them? Pay me 3-5 Bitcoins... just to see what they would say as a joke and to leave my ass alone. 🤣

So who's to blame? The Company, The Promoter, The Sheep? I would have to say everyone who was involved is to blame... including people who signed up.

"These Promoters" who knew it was a "Scheme" from the beginning still pitched it to you and you still called them your "Social Media" friends? They just took your money!

Now moving forward, they will still start promoting more "NEW"Schemes" to you all over again... and if you didn't learn your lesson and still follow them, it's your damn fault.

Always take full responsibly on all the decisions and choices you make in life... if you still let these fake "Social Media" influencers to entice you again with there charisma and personality,  your the sheep and it 100% your fault... Stop the Bitchin'. 😳

This is a very touchy subject to most because it involves with your hard earned money. To each his own, but if you had some self awareness you should of known better.

It seems some of these people (that made millions scammin' people into there deals) are coming back to Steemit, well if you are the ones still support them on here... they are not the problem anymore, it's actually the people who still follow them.

Hate Me Or Love Me, it's still the truth. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Keep On STACKIN! 💞

I've been DM'd many times in Discord by people trying to get me to sign up to this BS Ponzi scheme.
Good riddance I say. Buy and HODL, don't fall for these 'get rich quick schemes' as they always collapse leaving the last to enter getting ripped off.
Nice one @stackin

That’s crazy, I had a few hits on discord also! I just completely ignored them 😂

You did the right thing mate. If you get into that type of scheme you want to be in early and get out before the SHTF. It's morally iffy though.

You guys know me, I was offered sh💩t loads of "Deals" to promote these programs last year and got pitched numerous times a day. They all just wanted me to "Shill" it to all my followers. I just couldn't do it my people just to make a quick buck. 🖕

kudos and respect to ya for this... 🙂

Oksy thanks for the info.

Truth be told!
Truth cannot hide.
They are back.
Time will tell.
Well said.

Keep on steemit.

Just one phrase, "keep on Steemin" haha

People who promoted these kind of programs should be ashamed...

Love to read it

Sometimes people doesn't got clue of what they do, they just believe it.... But you have to pay for stupidity

They just want the quick buck 🤣

I am so glad I never got into promoting these things. I think my very first video on Steemit was about Genesis Mining, which is shady enough and I never did it again. When I learned about those you have not named here from "CryptoNick" on YouTube I thought I could do the same for sure. But I always felt like it would be wrong to promote something I barely understand and that is being called out by many as a ponzi scheme. (So was Steemit, even on Wiki, but here I trusted my instinct as well and it was totally different)

It turned out to be a very wise decision.

Yeah! It seriously messes up a persons whole reputation and "fake" friendships are lost as well!

You're so nice for commenting on this post. For that, I gave you a vote!

Same here @flauwy, even the 17 year old "CryptoNick" made like a Million bucks on the Ponzi, now he saying that it's not his fault that they lost all there money. WTH LOL

I thought exactly the same when I watched his video today. "I cannot believe my eyes after so much they have done for me." He should have said: After so much he has done for them! Because the million he earned multiplies into millions he has delivered to them via his videos.

Genesis Mining seems more a logic system to me than bitconnect - why do you list it in the same category like BCC?

You would of already 5x-10x your bitcoin if you just bought last year lol

I dont want to defend the people who were promoting that but one thing I think we should consider is that BTC was created to give us the power over our money back

and as uncle Ben said : With great power comes great responsibilty.

For the good and the bad decisions you make.

That makes tons of sense... just makes me sick how the way these assholes marketed the programs, flashin cash, money, back offices saying I make money doing nothing... it’s hard for normal people to stay away. Such deceit lol

For sure. I throw some money into it as well....I am interested to see how people react now since one came back to steemit with a shit tone of SP.

I guess they will forget and hope for upvotes but they are showing their true colors now imo.

@stackin Charles you just hit the NAIL on the Head my Friend. I took quite a BIT of HEAT tonight from my Girlfriend who told me not to support or associate with the people who espoused Bitconnect.

She’s right, run the other way lol

That’s why you’re the man. Integrity!

I do try at times 🤣

Very true brother! I admit I got into a few of lending platforms but only a few bucks here and there, never invested big money. I'm glad I didn't seeing the outcome of some of these platforms now. Today was a big day in the crypto world!

Yeah I get them sometimes but I don’t shill it to my friends lol

When I see or hear the word SCAM it scares me. It's hard earned money, we all must be very, very careful in trusting. Thank you for sharing this @stackin!

Sorry for scaring you @leahlei HAHA :)

This made me laugh lol @stackin. But I am sorry for those who were scammed.

Sad fact there are WINNERS, LOSERS and SCAMMERS! :(

@stackin This is sad for those you invested here. Not me :D Chin up everyone :) Wishing all the best!

Tons of people made money, just the other 90% losts... projections are hundreds of thousands of people lost :(

Sad.

I'm deleting my comments.
Being down voted by Content censoring whales sucks
and hurts minnows who only earn 0.01 per post/comment anyhow

You are absolutely right stackin, all of them are to be blamed!!!

Take no prisoners style, everyone :)

I would think after being swindled by scamsters with unrealistic promise of high returns, people would learn their lessons and sidestep this ridiculous money doubling schemes like landmines.

That’s be great if they learn but most wont, they will fall for it again for the dreams of making money doing nothing, it’s a shame lol

@stacking yeah they will. Those guys creating the scams banks on the greedy expectations of its victims.

People tend to invest their money in things that hardly gives them good income rather than investing in businesses they prefer to invest in useless ponzi schemes.

Speaking the truth right here, they all want easy and fast money... sorry to inform them, it's a false dream :)

A very false dream, I hope they'd wake up and start working hard for their own money.

Wow great job.those people who participate in such projects should always soberly assess the risks, by the way, I never take part in such projects, because they smell strongly of the pyramid!
Thanks for sharing

They have no remorse or anything, it’s a shame 😀

You were right to reject shit, because of money one can't accept shit, it's so good.

It's pure freedom when a person can say "No" at times :)

That's why we follow you.

Mark, just give me some Fb stocks LOL

Individuals have a tendency to put their cash in things that barely gives them great wage as opposed to putting resources into organizations they want to put resources into futile ponzi plans.
Upvoted and resteemed sir

The truth right there! 🙌🏼

Same stuff I saw when I played penny stocks. I hate to see it, but with this potential it’ll be around.

Brings back memories of the 90’s for me haha

Why it close? As they just give out their coin everyday for user it is easy to maintain the service

Without new people coming in to feed the people, it’s dies, Hense the word “Ponzi” 😀

Well it looked like easy, quick money, some people are liable to fall for that, I can only hope a lot of people have learned this lesson.

Na, they won't learn... people always will want the quick way to make money. They will always fail at the end. It's a shame :)

Oh, yes, my friend, those people who participate in such projects should always soberly assess the risks, by the way, I never take part in such projects, because they smell strongly of the pyramid! Thank you @stackin

Facts right there, so many people are so gullible these days.

You were right to reject shit, because of money one can't accept shit, it's so good.

I write a post concerning you yesterday I did give you some certain attributes I want you to confirm if I'm right man? Can you do that?

I’ll try to find it, I get over 100-200 comments a day and it’s hard to respond to everyone, thanks for reminding me.

I'm grateful buddy

In India also we have a scheme named GainBitcoin, they also duped people. Stay away from all these ponzi scheme related to mining.

What the hell is gainbitcoin hahaha... there are tons of them out there, people just need to do there best to do there own research and not fall for the hype :)

Thanks my friend for this information.please don't promote ponzi that you know at the end people will lost money.alot if people like me are looking up to you as a role model on Steemit when you promote any I will certainly join but when I lost,u Wil loss my respect

Truth, credibility is everything on Social media. :)

Yes back on Steemit just a few days before the gig was up. Very prophetic timing or insider knowledge.

That was very interesting.🤔

They all deserved to lose their dough. When people tried to warn them about these ponzi schemes they were extremely hateful... with cult-like behavior in their responses.

FUCK EM, I SAY.

  • Sir Mansplainer

It’s kinda funny, they hate the people who warn them more than the people who brought them in haha

Losing your hard earned money to ponzi schemes can be devastating... Its not fair. Lessons learnt.

Blame the sponsor lol

Is it possible to get yourself off the hook of being scammed while the option of investing in order to multiply one's wealth can't be compromised?
It's just a pity that loosing is a natural phenomenon in the game of investment. I really feel for those who just lost their life savings to these fraudulent schemes because loosing financial freedom is the worst prison one can ever be. Thanks @stackin for this insightful piece of information.

It was common sense, if they say they pay you 1% a day dong nothing with no prof, run lol

i wish everyone could understand this; "1% a day ROI doing nothing" Damn it! Scandalous!

I think to blame are the people that believed this youtubers and let themselfs be influnced so much. The problem nowadays is that most of the people are taking financial advices from facebook and youtube. That is ridiculous ! If you meet someone on the street and he tells you, hey man invest in my coin it will give you 100% return, what you will tell him: Go away i dont even know you. But now every one is taking the information from internet as financial advice. Until everyone is doing this, a lot people will lose money and the people thinking with their own brain will win money. I hope after this with bitconnect people start asking themselfs, who should i really trust ?!

Yeah people are just sheep and beleive anything these days, we can’t help them... they will just argue with us. Best thing to do is put the info out there and I might get some people thinking 😞

The only people at fault are the owners and also the investors. If you put any money into this crap which clearly screams ponzi then I feel like you should buck up and take your own responsibility and pay the price for your miss calculated mistake.

However I do feel a better job could be done by agencies to close this kind of crap down. It should not be that hard and take this long to figure out it was a scam hell we all knew it months ago if not the day it opened.

So then you question if they are just playing some evil game where they let people put hordes of money in and then when there is a lot they shut it down and claim to do all this research work on it etc to get people their money back. Which either 1. Never happens or 2. takes years and after all the fees your lucky to get half what you invested back. The entire system seems totally rigged if you ask me.

I read your post, it is sad to see that many people were scammed , but everybody is responsible for his actions, you bet, sometimes you win, sometimes you don't

Scams everywhere we should be really careful

Hi stackin.. Yes these schemes are everywhere.. I wonder these ppl trace our email adresses and regularly send hundreds of emails with interesting pakgs like free bonus, free 1 month trial etc.. I am sick with such enails so i spam them and now my spam box fill with these emails.. i receved emails of winning millions of dollors lije dollors are leaves grow on trees.. Even now its on your cell phone that msgs and calls are here by fraud ppl.. But i beleve in one thing that each peny you gain without hard work or work by your own hand is wrong and you should throw it.. Thanx for sharing

Great post sir, upvote resteeme done.

waiting when at the exchanges of articles will scammers order advertising articles in Steemit

I made the choice not to invest in bitconnect - seems like it payed out ;)

It's not a ponzi scheme neither is it a scam. It's the same blockchain tech on which Steemit is build. Bitcoin only happens to be a prototype. For sure, it'll bounce back again.

Ummmm, ok?

... right to the point buddy... glad you speaking out what most of us think: stop the bitchin! Not sure though if all the people know what kind of people & programs you are reffering to. In this case they might not get your point. For all the others around here: glad you spoke it out :)

Hope more people will follow your lead

Cheers

Thank you @stackin for making a transfer to me for an upvote of 10.40% on this post! Half of your bid goes to @budgets which funds growth projects for Steem like our top 25 posts on Steem! Its so shitty that these things existed in the first place. Glad one is gone.

people should more responsible while make a post, not to knock some shit!

Nice information and big thanks for sharing me this.

we will blame them and but will it make things go back to normal sir ? :) anyway thanks for the update..now i understand whom to be blamed

Bitconnect refunding tokens be like... I mean not like the token has any value.

I've been a victim...i can so relate to this.
We need more people like you that'll see the truth and say the truth no matter what'll happen. Thanks for sharing this.
I am really challenged.

Thanks again for sharing nice information to us. It's very useful especially to me @stackin

finally it scammed. it was like mpca-mpa but with a coin, nothing different, just a ponzi.

Absolutely correct!! They have made the situation worse
-cheers-

When I see or hear the word SCAM it scares me. It's hard earned money, we all must be very, very careful in trusting. Thank you for sharing this @stackin!

Wow great post dude :)

@Upvote

Hello. I'm newbie in Steemit. Is join a steemit community needed?

You are completely right.Every one of them is to be faulted.

you can't earn more money these ponzi schemes will not last forever

Wow loved your post...loved reading it....it's amazing....thank you for sharing

After reading your post I feel like I have been day dreaming all along.
We are humans and tend to be moved by what we hear and see irrespective of our gender difference....
Would you put us through on how to get to know such people here on steemit because it will be do disheartening if they make that happen here too

Fake Lending everywhere now a days time to be safe

Completely agree. Everyone that participated was to blame and it was pretty obvious it was coming. I wonder if Bitconnect is dumping their Bitcoin and that it was is causing the price to crash. Doesn't make since for them to crash the market like this, but they are making a ton of money since most of this Bitcoin was probably given to them around the $5000 mark.

great post

i don't take part in these kind of coins

people are not aware of how these things end , leaving a trail of shilling - victims recovery is a big deal aka madoff and they left a digital trail and ignorance of the law isn't an excuse if the money isn't yours- how foolish to present your earnings from a ponzi public to the world good luck keeping that crypto nick

Anything with a referral system to me is dangerously close to being a bullshit MLM/ponzi scheme. They always end up focusing on the recruitment process and not the product.

"These Promoters"

Well, instead these promoters, i would like to focus on the 'other side' the ones who were vocal and warning everyone against this Bit(dis)connect.

Anyone happen ho remember the most vocal members that were warning against this 'business'?

You are a real man
