The Gov certainly set them up, and I'm still baffled by the complete lack of coverage after the helicopter went down (normally this would be front page news, it didn't even receive a mention on most major networks, who instead decided to claim '3 deaths caused by white nationalist rally'). It'd seem they're essentially removing the mask, now.
