Here's a picture of a maneki-neko that Ivgot from a friend. It is said to bring someone good luck. It's interesting to believe in good luck. How about you? Do you believe in it?
They are funny cats hey?! We've posted about the Maneki-Neko not long ago on our Steepshot and they are some many variation of the meaning depending on which hand is up but yes, overall about luck & money. I think because the cat has such a positive smile, it can only bring luck! Or at least when you are positive you have more change to see where your luck stands! Love Japan!! One of our first trip overseas!
