For the base melt 300 gr butter
In a food processor blitz 500 gr cookies of choice I use chocolate chip untill powder.
Mix together then press into a cake tin.
Chill in fridge.
Melt 300 gr of milk chocolate in a microwave or im a heat proof bowl over boiling water .
Whip 500 ml of cream and add 1 table spoon of icing sugar to this fold in 500 gr mascarpone and then add the melted chocolate. You can add any sort of fresh fruit at this point.
Add the creamy mix to your pie tin and garnish with a little grated chocolate.
Chill and serve.
Note I usually use whit chocolate but you can use what u like enjoy
