but instead I am right to say that all posts cheetah flags are truly stolen.

Incorrect. I own all of my content distributed in other places on the internet. If I decide to take one of MY own articles, update, and republish, then that is NOT plagiarism. Not only did I write it but I also made sure my contracts with other websites ensured that I still retained the rights to do with that content what I please.
