In putting together the new menu I got to make waffles!!! These are beautiful orange infused mochi waffles that crisp up so nicely at service. A beautiful sweet touch on the duck dish.
Then I get to make special dessert plates. Romantic package. Ooooo La La.
On Easter the special bunny came to deliver chocolates. Yumm.
