Bill Vander Zalm, former Canadian Premier for British Columbia received a 40 page report from Ottowa that confirms a covert Chemtrails – Geoengineering operation is in progress.

Under an FOIA request, Vander Zalm asked his government ,“What do you know about chemtrails”? In two months he received a report that revealed the Canadian government is fully aware that aircraft are spraying chemicals into the atmosphere.
