Piece Movement in chess

Hello, today I am going to tell yall' where each piece can move in chess. Let's get started!

The Rook: The rook moves vertical and horizontal or front, right, backwards, or left. You can continue to move him until you hit another piece or go to the end of the board.

The Knight: The Knight can move in L's or 3 on way then 1 to the side at 90* angle. The Knight is also the only that can jump over other players and yourself.

The Bishop: The Bishop can go diagonal forwards or backwards but, must stop when meets with another piece

The Queen: The Queen can move how the Bishop and Rook can move combined and must stop when meets another piece.

The Pawn: The Pawn can (on its first time moving can move up two boxes but, after the first one the Pawn can only move up one box. The Pawn can only kill/capture another piece by meeting them by a one box diagonal move and that is the only time a pawn can move diagonal.

The King: The King is the most important piece. If another piece meets, captures, or kills the king than the team without the king loses. The King can only move one box in any way.For the king to kill, meet, or capture, it has to land on the piece it is trying to kill.
