        I think there are 2 solutions for this problem both mate in 3.. or at least this is how I see it - depending on how Black decide to move the queen.

        Solution 1 : Ra2 - Qg3 -> Ra8+ - Qg8 -> Rxg8#
        Solution 2 : Ra2 - Qg8 -> Rh2+ - Qh7+ -> Rexh7# / Rhxh7#

        Anyway I believe Ra2 is the best move for White.
