Our three heavy hitters, armen, blocktrades, and brendio, have all opted to 'share the wealth' in the event of a black win (steem divided up proportional to total upvotes received).
This is great news for anyone who might have wanted to contribute, but couldn't see themselves getting to the top of the leaderboard. Its worth it now.
I'd like to thank them all for their team spirit, and for really engaging in this match.
I haven't changed the rules though.
In the unlikely event that somebody else finishes the match at the top of the leaderboard, who hasn't elected to split the winnings, then he'll get it all.
a7->a6: this stops white knight b4 (check), followed by white queen c7 to force queen exchange. Alternative move by white knight captures pawn at d5 is hollow threat: black pawn captures knight and white queen is still boxed in. You could say the queenly rescue by her "white knight" is foiled by a lowly pawn (appropriate on a social media site filled with anarchists).

Next move is up.
I got 700sp from you, and couldn't figure out why. Turns out it had nothing to do with the match, and you were just processing a different deposit from elsewhere. Had me stumped for a bit though. Thanks for that :)

this allows white knight b4 (check), followed by white queen c7 to force queen exchange. Not to say this wouldn't be an ok exchange, though, since we'd go up a bishop (assuming he didn't go for taking pawn with knight at c7, then things could get trickier). Overall, seems safer to stop this potential line of attack.

Hey brendio. Cool Lego project. Are you actually in Australia, or just building our opera house?
