Did the NYC predatory class intentionally destroyed Chicago?

I firmly believe so... those tsunami, nuclear annihilation exposed, fresh water lacking, nyfed controlling predatory families after 9.11 couldn't tolerate Chicago.

So they did what they always do, criminalize legal MERCANTILE BEHAVIORS, removed guns for law abiding citizens, censored and waged their covert wars to try to weaken chicago as much as possible... in their world all is relative and the success of one isn't tolerated, it's all for them, nothing for the rest.
