Two weeks back i asked my fiance what he loved for me to cook for him before he traveled to Dubai and he says if i could make KFC chicken...i felt challenged and decided to go all out for his happiness.
Overnight i went through the process and ingredients needed. Just then my mom bought a delicious oatmeal which i used to decorate the body of chicken finally.
I was skeptical of the result since it was my first time. I have no time to marinate the chicken. I just refrigerated for 30 minutes with the necessary ingredients.
To be sure i got it right after adding the dry and wet ingredients, i tasted the chicken after frying about two. The result was amazing, it felt and almost tasted like KFC chicken. I was pleased with myself.
I fried the rest and kept for my fiance. On getting back from work he went straight to the food. The compliment was heartwarming i felt like a pro.
This made me know we as human can go any extreme for those we love. What's your cookkng experience?
